Know which job sites need a can before your competitors do.

Every week, cities issue permits for teardowns, new homes, pools and re-roofs. Groundtip turns them into a short list of builders to contact, with the message already written, for dumpster and site-service companies.

How it works

No cold calling, and no digging through city websites.

We watch the permitsEvery day we pull newly issued building permits from city public records and keep the ones that mean a job site is starting.
We sort them for youTeardowns first, then new builds, then pools, re-roofs and remodels. Leads are grouped by builder, so you can see who's busiest.
You reach out, or we doGet the list by text or email with a message ready to send for each lead. Or let us contact builders for you and forward the replies.

Questions

Where do the leads come from?

From building permits that cities publish as public records. We collect, filter and organize them so you don't have to.

Are the leads exclusive?

No. Permits are public, so anyone could look them up. What we sell is speed and convenience: the right permits, sorted and ready to act on, every week.

Who do I contact, the homeowner or the builder?

The builder or contractor named on the permit. It's business-to-business outreach to companies that are about to need site services.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Reply to any Groundtip email or text, or write to billing@groundtip.com.

Who runs Groundtip?

Groundtip is a small, independent data service. Questions go to hello@groundtip.com.
